This machine is suitable for all kinds of imported and domestic bridge type large stone cutting equipment. It uses PLC programmable digital control and ergonomic intelligent operation interface, supplemented by high-precision rotary encoder for slicing. It can also be equipped with our independent first servo slicing system (awarded a patent certificate by the China National Intellectual Property Administration in 2019). The slicing accuracy is high, reducing transmission system error and maintenance costs. The small beams on both sides are equipped with high-precision screw nuts for transmission. The main machine is lifted by hydraulic system combined with high-precision chrome plated guide pillar wear-resistant guide sleeve with small matching gap, durable and beautiful. The guide pillar is oil immersed: double oil seal and dust ring are used. The speed of the main motor can be adjusted by adding a large frequency converter according to the diameter of the attached saw blade, and imported spare parts are used for key parts and the electronic hydraulic system. The saw blade can hang 1-26 pieces, and the raw materials can be directly placed on the ground for cutting, saving the cost of trolley and maintenance. This machine has the advantages of high cutting efficiency, good flatness, uniform thickness, good stability, and easy operation, especially suitable for cutting high-value granite and marble.
